  Ground investigation / subsoil exploration / subsoil analysis

The subsoil forms the proverbial basis of every construction project. The subsoil investigation and preparation of a subsoil report therefore belongs in the hands of the specialist authority. Drilling and digging provide a variety of information about the underground conditions. They can be used to obtain samples that represent an essential basis for determining the soil parameters. Dynamic probing and electrical cone penetration tests can provide information about the relative strength properties of the subsoil. However, their interpretation only makes sense in correlation with ground outcrops.

   Foundation recommendation / subsoil report / soil report

The subsoil investigation and geotechnical measures are necessary to determine the foundation-relevant soil mechanical parameters.     Dry drilling / exploration drilling

Our company has many years of experience in the fields of well construction, geothermal drilling and all kinds of ground exploration. The drilling work to be carried out is organised, structured and monitored by a specialist office for engineering geology and hydrogeology, so that certification of the work to be carried out is guaranteed!

Whether a well is to be built for water supply or geothermal energy or an exploratory drilling is to be carried out: We offer the execution of well work for private groundwater use with regard to geothermal purposes or even just for garden irrigation. We also carry out subsoil exploration as dry drilling with the taking of soil samples of quality class 1-4. We can also carry out drilling for the installation of near-surface geothermal probes. An experienced specialist office is at our side for the dimensioning of individual boreholes or necessary well galleries.

   Exploration of deposits

Minerological-petrographic investigation of the raw material, expert opinion on geology, hydrogeology and deposit, determination of deposit reserves and deposit evaluation.     Geothermal energy

The underground can be used as a heat source, cold source and thermal energy storage. Due to the large accessible volume and the even temperature level, it is well suited for many applications in the low-temperature range.

Environmental and geothermal heat from the subsoil is obtained via horizontal or vertical subsoil heat exchangers or by pumping out groundwater and used for heating (usually via heat pumps).

Such heat pump systems can also be used for space cooling in addition to heating. In some systems, direct cooling from the underground is already being used in summer without using the heat pump.

    Offshore Foundations

Structures in the offshore area are exposed to loads that are up to 15 times greater than structures on land. The economy and service life of a plant is all the more dependent on a professional foundation.

A corresponding risk minimization from dangers such as wind, currents, collisions or increased horizontal deflections is therefore can only be achieved by means of an assessment by experts.
